How to CLEAN YOUR SKIN before going to bed IN 6 STEPS : )


1. Always take your makeup off first, you can use makeup remover for better result !

2. Steam your face, just boil some water and let your face get the hot vapor, this step will open your pores making it easier to clean your skin and get better results. (I usually don't do this everyday but once a week it's perfectly fine !)

3. Wash your face with warm (not hot) water, you can use some cleanser or just normal soap 

4.Rinse your face and make sure the soap is gone. Do a final rinse with cool (not cold) water to close the pores.

5.Pat your face dry with a soft cloth. Don't rub, it spreads bacteria.

6.And finally moisturize your face so your skin won't be all dry, we want it to be soft : )

---> And don't forget to drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and healthy!!!
